~~~~~~Lugia is large draconic creature, primarily silver-white in color with varying tones of blue for its underside and spines. It has a ridged, beak-like mouth; though has pointed teeth particularly prominent on the lower jaw. Connected to its eyes are dark blue crest-like spikes. Lugia has a long, slender neck coupled with a smooth and streamlined body that help it glide through water and air with ease. Along its back are plate-like spines, and two more pointed ones at the tip of its tail. It can fold these back against its body to increase its speed.
Lugia leads the legendary birds; Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres. When they quarrel over territory, Lugia is the only one able to quell their ceaseless fighting. Lugia also possesses the ability to control the weather; most predominantly, calming or giving rise to storms. It is said that a light flutter of its wings is capable of causing winds powerful enough to tear down cliffs. If it were to flap its wings, it could hypothetically spawn storms lasting as long as fourty days. It is highly intelligent, and because of the massive damage it could accidentally inflict, it isolates itself deep underwater.
